Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order:
You can notify us
here before we have dispatched the goods to you or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the item in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.
If you wish to return goods:
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, less post and packaging/shipping and handling costs. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
Refunding:
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the actual item/s, less P&P/S&H, or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used, to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
Please ensure the jewellery is returned securely packaged. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or are lost will not be credited, so returning via signed for shipping is recommended.
We will also replace or refund any lost in the mail and grant a replacement (subject to availability) in the rare event of an item arriving damaged. Please inform us of any breakages within 24 hours of receiving the order.
